The House of Savoy team is able to take a look at your consignment pieces Tuesday through Friday, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (no appointment necessary).

Fall intake begins in mid-August
Spring intake begins in mid-February

House of Savoy accepts seasonally appropriate, gently worn, men and women’s designer clothing, accessories (shoes, bags, hats, belts, scarves, jewellery and ties) and vintage pieces. 

We also accept formal wear including tuxedos, cocktail dresses and grad dresses.

House of Savoy does not accept any stained or damaged items, as well as imitation designer goods. 

All apparel must be freshly laundered or dry-cleaned prior to being consigned. Shoes must be clean and free of dirt. 

Women's suiting and high heels are not performing as in previous years; we are therefore limiting our stock in this category for the time being.

House of Savoy will consign your items for 90 days* with the understanding that they may be reduced in price after 30 days at the discretion of the House of Savoy team.  Items not sold within the 90 day period must be claimed by the consignor within one week of the contract ending, otherwise House of Savoy reserves the right to donate unsold pieces to local charities.

House of Savoy reserves the right to mark down any item(s) were faults have been discovered and sell “as is” without notice to the consignor.

*Specialty items and non-seasonal pieces such as wedding dresses and formalwear may be held for up to a year.

House of Savoy offers 40% of the final sale price of your item(s) at the end of your consignment contract in the form of a cheque or e-transfer. Should the consignor choose to use a store credit, House of Savoy offers 50% of the items final selling price.

Please note that after 30 days at the discretion of the House of Savoy team, your item(s) may be reduced in price.

House of Savoy offers three methods of payment:

1.      By e-transfer

2.      By cheque

3.      In store credit

While our business is professionally secured, House of Savoy is not responsible for damage, theft or fire to consignor pieces. 

All articles are left at the owner’s risk.

All sales are final.  House of Savoy does not allow returns or exchanges on purchased items.
